1. Nature of the service

Haeluotto is an independent comparison and information service. We are not a lender or credit intermediary, we make no credit decisions and we give no personal credit, investment or tax advice. You always apply for credit directly with the lender, and the agreement is between you and the lender.

2. Accuracy of information

Information is collected automatically from lenders’ public pages and is indicative. The lender sets the final rate and terms on the basis of your creditworthiness. We aim to keep data current and show the check date, but we cannot guarantee that all data is error-free or complete. Always confirm the terms with the lender before signing.

3. Annual percentage rate

The annual percentage rate (APR) of consumer credit is shown only when the lender has published it in its representative example. The example does not necessarily match the price offered to you.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for loss arising from the use of the information on the site, or for the content of third-party sites. Our liability is limited to what mandatory law allows.

5. Links and commercial relationships

The site contains links to lenders’ sites. Any commercial links are clearly labelled and never affect the order of products.

6. Copyright

The structure of the site, the analyses and the market report figures belong to Haeluotto.fi. Figures may be quoted with the source. Lenders’ own data belongs to the respective lenders.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
