The annual percentage rate (APR) of consumer credit is shown only when the lender has published it. A lender’s representative example states the price of credit for a given amount and term, for instance €10,000 over five years at 8% (an illustrative figure, not an offer), and it does not necessarily match the price offered to you. Borrowing costs money. Always assess your own ability to repay and ask a professional debt adviser if needed before signing.
